Anyone who makes their way to Bourbon Street should stop at one of the most haunted places in New Orleans. Their informant was Monseuir Montreuil, the spurned neighbor of Madame LaLaurie. Montreuil lived next door to the LaLauries at the time the fire broke out and years before that, as well. Montreuil suffered an unfortunate bout of unrequited love for Delphine LaLaurie.
